Who We Are
DAVID CROCKER - OWNER
David has over 10 years of building/remodeling experience in the Charleston area and several years working with engineers to design stronger, safer and more cost effective homes. He has successfully managed well over 100 New Home or Remodeling projects with budgets starting at $5000 going up to $10,000,000 for multi-family projects.
MIKE COOPER - PRESIDENT
Mike has worked for several years as a consultant to many of Charleston's best-run design-build remodeling and custom home companies. He helped them improve their systems, processes and results with over 14 years of experience running businesses and regions for two National Companies. He has achieved outstanding results in operations, process improvement and client satisfaction.
STACEY GARRISON - DESIGN CONSULTANT
Stacey has a degree in Architecture with a concentration in Design from James Madison University, and has 8 years of experience bringing ideas to life. If you can think it, she can draw it. Having her on board saves our clients money and enables us to make design changes quickly and accurately.
